The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 354, 307 and 504/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 11.12.2017 at about 12.00 noon, while the informant was at her residence, her Gotni Sunjan Devi (petitioner) scuffling with her. In the meantime, Mantu Yadav came there and inflicted Dabia blow on her head as a result, she sustained head injury and blood started oozing out and she fell down. This petitioner Sunjan Devi started assaulting the informant with spade as a result, the informant sustained serious injury on her person. Due to assault on the face

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is a lady. It is case and counter case between the parties. The matter has already been compromised between the parties vide Annexure-4 to the present application. On behalf of the learned counsel for the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Araria, in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 273 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
