2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 411 of 2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 80 and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, the accused persons named therein including the petitioner for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry have killed the daughter of the informant. Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.
6. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR and also the fact that there is direct involvement of the petitioner, who is mother-in-law of the deceased, in the commission of offence, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
