2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 447, 354(B), 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, It is a case of assaulting with iron rod along with other accused persons to the informant as a result of which informant received rupture injury on his head and blood started oozing and he fell down.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent. He has falsely implicated in this case. One of the accused Nitish Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 23.5.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26609 of 2023. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak (Pawapuri) P.S.
