JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 338 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is of recovery of 54 litres of liquor from the bolero vehicle and 76 litres of liquor from the house of one Ramji Yadav.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody for two months.

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 338 of 2018.
