The petitioner seeks bail in Khanpur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

21.650 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from a bag which was being carried by this petitioner on motorcycle. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Motorcycle in question does not belong to this petitioner and has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.
