Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it would appear from perusal of the impugned order that the petitioner and some others were caught by police while they had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and, thereafter, the petitioner confessed his guilt. It appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 03-03-2016. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and taking note of

No.47024 of 2016 (2) dt.27-10-2016 2/2 this fact that the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and except confessional statement, there is nothing against him, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S.
