The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner is employee of Road Construction Department, Muzaffarpur and on the pretext of giving employment he received Rs. 4,00000/- from the informant. The informant received an appointment letter but on an enquiry the same was found to be forged one. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the vehicle of the petitioner was snatched by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32877 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 informant and others against which a complaint case No. 96 of 2014 was filed on 1.02.2014. Statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 that petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Considering the nature of accusation without any substantive proof on record with regard to the payment to the petitioner, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of twelve weeks is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand0 with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Buxar in Buxar Town P.S. Case 30 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
