The petitioner seeks bail in Islampur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(A) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

From the house of the petitioner 25 liters of country made liquor was recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 01.08.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about 4 months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda in Islampur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2016.
