The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections395, 397, 412, of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of robbing motorcycle and A.T.M. card of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner sprang during the investigation on the confession of co-accused Niraj Kumar Ram. It is further submitted that co-accused Niraj Kumar Ram has been enlarged on bail by this Court Vide Cri. Misc. No. 17936 of 2014. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above
