JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section-47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. 1.8 litres of Nepali liquor, kept in six plastic bottles, was recovered from dicky of motorcycle, which was being driven by the petitioner No. 1 whereas; petitioner No. 2 was pillion rider on the aforesaid motorcycle. Petitioners are in jail custody since 10-07-2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in
