Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barun P.S.Case no.128 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 153, 153A, 295A, 323, 341, 307, 353, 337, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution story is that while there was tension between two religious groups, as they were raising slogans against each other, the police went there and trying to pacify them, however, the several accused persons including the petitioner and others started pelting stones on the police party. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though he is named in the FIR but nothing specific has been attributed against him and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Baroon P.S.Case No.128 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
