2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115, 126(2), 118(2) and 109 of the B.N.S.

3 . As per FIR, this petitioner along with co-accused persons variously armed with sword, knife and rod assaulted Shivam Kumar. When he tried to flee, in order to save his life, all the accused persons assaulted with sword as a result of which he sustained head injury.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. As per FIR, allegation of assault is general and omnibus in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62066 of 2025(3) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 nature. FIR does not attribute any specific role against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the general and omnibus allegation, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 336 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
