The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 235/2018, instituted under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that on getting secret information, police party reached near Ganga River. Seeing the police party, four miscreants started running away but two miscreants were apprehended by the police who disclosed their name as Pujo Yadav and the petitioner. On search, one loaded country made pistol and 5 cartridges were recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since

Keeping in view the clean antecedent of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Naugachia in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 235/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
