JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 7,8, 13(2) read with Section 13(1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

Allegation is that the petitioner and others were intercepted on trap while they were accepting bribe. The petitioner is a body-guard of Dy. S.P., Chandan Puri. Chandan Puri has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 879 of 2017 by order dated 31.1.2017. The petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur in connection with Special
