Mr. Sri Bisheshwar Ram ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Karakat P.S. Case No. 153/2018, instituted for offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that during vehicle checking two persons were apprehended by the police, who disclosed their name as petitioners. When the police made demand of document of aforesaid motorcycle, they disclosed that they had purchased the same from Gobardhan Yadav, who had not provided document of the aforesaid motorcycle. It is further alleged that when the police conducted raid in the house of Gobardhan Yadav, he was found absconding.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68959 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 30.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bikramganj in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 153/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
