1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(1) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 24.02.2023 passed in Anganwari Case No. 16/202021 by respondent no.3 whereby appeal of the petitioner has been rejected mere on the ground that the Institute from which the petitioner has acquired
Patna High Court CWJC No.12814 of 2023(2) dt.22-01-2024 2/3 qualification is not enrolled in Council of Boards of School Examination in India (hereinafter COBSE), particularly when North East National Board of School Education, Aasam is the board of education under Govt. of Assam which was established by S.R. Act, XXI of 1860 of Govt. of India and the name of North East National Board of School Education, Aasam is not reflecting in the list of fake Boards, published by the Govt. of India and also for quashing the Memo No. 2421 dated 17.10.2020 issued by the respondent no.4 by which the appointment of the petitioner as Anganwari Sevika has been cancelled.
(II) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for production of appointment letter of respondent no.9 and the same may be quashed by issuance of writ of Certiorari, as appointment of respondent no.9 is contrary to proceeding. (III) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondents authorities to reinstate the petitioner in service to the post of Aanganwari Sevika, Centre No. 209, Ward No.13, under Jhaphan Gram Panchayat with all consequential monetary benefit."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal
