Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 354, 448, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that co-accused Bhola Thakur assaulted with lathi and co-accused Mantosh Thakur assaulted with hockey stick on the head of the informant. It is alleged against the petitioner that this petitioner pushed down the informant and stripped her. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that main accused Bhola Thakur and Mantosh Thakur have been granted anticipatory bail by learned Sessions Judge and the order of the learned Sessions Judge reflects that neither informant nor witnesses during investigation have

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 124 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
