This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Mansi Police Station Case No. 231 of 2019, disclosing offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of tractor of the informant which was parked under the over bridge.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and he is a person of clean antecedent. He has further submitted that a compromise has been taken place between the parties, the xerox copy whereof is available with the record.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10347 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 Learned Addl. P.P. has opposed and the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforementioned fact and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Mansi Police Station Case No. 231 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
