1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners have renewed their prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Manihari P.S Case no. 204 of 2023 registered under section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that the two accused persons came on a motorcycle and made an attempt to loot the informant's motorcycle. In the process, they started to assault with fists and slaps and the person sitting behind assaulted with an iron rod. On halla being raised, both the petitioners were caught at the place of occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the earlier application for bail of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 12.3.2024 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no.13823

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56290 of 2024(3) dt.13-09-2024 2/2 of 2024, giving liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after six months or after framing of charge, whichever is later. The petitioners are in custody for more than six months since 13.9.2023 and charge has been framed against the petitioners vide order dated 5.1.2024 (Annexure-3).

5. The prayer for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R, liberty granted in the earlier order of rejection dated 12.3.2024 and charge having been framed against the petitioners on 5.1.2024, both the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Manihari P.S Case no. 204 of 2023 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Katihar.
