JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No.270 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of IPC.

Prosecution case is that accused persons including the petitioner came and started abusing the husband of the informant but the same was protested by her husband, on which, accused Raja Bind assaulted by Garasa, causing injuries on his head. Further allegation is that all the accused five in number have assaulted her husband also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48865 of 2019(2) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kaimur, at Bhabua, in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S.
