This is the second attempt of the appellant to approach before this Court for bail. Earlier, vide detailed order dated 17.01.2022 passed in Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 3798 of 2021, the prayer for bail of the appellant was rejected with a direction to the learned Court below to expedite the trial of the appellant. Vide order dated 12.10.2022, a report was called for from the learned Court below regarding the stage of the trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial. In compliance thereof, a report dated 30.11.2022 has been sent by the learned 4th Additional Session Judge, Buxar. In his report, the learned Judge has, inter alia, stated that total three witnesses have been examined and for witnesses are yet to be examined

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the appellant on bail. The prayer for bail is hereby once again rejected.
