The Petitioner seeks bail in Adapur P.S. Case No. 172 of 2013 instituted under Section(s) 394, 120-B Indian Penal Code pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari.

Considering that motor cycle was recovered on the pointing out of the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is
