Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Patna Complaint Case No. 2131(c) of 2019 registered for the offences under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to oblique purposes of the complainant. Further submission is that the complainant had earlier also filed a case with similar allegations against the petitioner, in which the petitioner is has been acquitted as contained in Annexure-2.

No.53905 of 2022(4) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur in connection with Patna Complaint Case No. 2131(c) of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
