JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Parmeshwar Mehta, learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Pakribarwan P.S. Case No. 242 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 225, 225(b), 332, 333, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that without any specific accusation number of persons were arrayed as accused. However fact remains that petitioner is one of the named accused in the F.I.R. and allegation is that Police

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72094 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 Party was attacked by mob. In such cases I do not find any ground to grant anticipatory bail to any of the accused persons. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
