Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 325,406,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner is husband of the complainant. Marriage was solemnized in the year 2004 and complaint case was filed in the year 2016 with allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2019.

Considering the facts of this case, let the

No.50520 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No.57(C) of 2016, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
