2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 360 liters of illicit liquor and a mobile phone were recovered from the seized car.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has been implicated in this case only on the basis of recovery of mobile phone. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. He submits that petitioner is owner of the seized

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50531 of 2025(2) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 mobile phone which was recovered from the car from which huge quantity of liquor was recovered.

6. Considering the huge quantity of recovery, this application is dismissed.
