This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 384, 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.
Ransom was demanded on mobile phone of the informant.
Submission of the petitioner is that the referred mobile is not of the petitioner and petitioner is not named in any of the cases, disclosed in paragraph 3 of the bail petition rather in the confessional statement of coaccused, name of the petitioner has transpired. The petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2016 and has been remanded in this case on 16.01.2017.
Considering the fact that confessional statement of co-accused is very weak evidence against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be
