Petitioner is accused in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and section 47(a) of the Excise Act.
Petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2016. The allegation is of recovery of 360 liter of illicit liquor from the possession of the petitioner.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the above named
