A categorical statement has been made in paragraph 6 and 8 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 that the matter of premature release of the petitioner is ripe for consideration by the Bihar State Remission Board, Patna and it would be considered in its next meeting.

WJC No.360 of 2017 dt.26-04-2017 In above view of the matter, this writ application stands disposed of with a direction to the Bihar State Remission Board, Patna to consider the premature release of the petitioner on its own merit and in accordance with law in its next meeting, if the same has not been considered.
