The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kisariya P.S. Case No. 106/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of injury and also considering the relationship between the parties, the present anticipatory bail

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Kisariya P.S. Case No. 106/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
