1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present quashing application has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 11.09.2019 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Danapur in G.R. No.4100 of 2018 arising out of Rajiv Nagar P. S. Case No.215 of 2018, whereby cognizance has been taken of the offences under Sections 498(A), 506 and 34 of the I.P.C.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners, at the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11005 of 2021(3) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 outset, submits that the issue between the petitioners and the opposite party no.2 have been amicably resolved and the opposite party no.2 is staying with the petitioner i. e. petitioner and opposite party no.2 are staying as husband and wife and the entire case has been compromised.

The learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that he has instructions to make submission that opposite party no.2 does not dispute the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and submits that she has no any objection in the event, if the order dated 11.09.2019, whereby cognizance has been taken of the offences as recorded herein above, quashed.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.2, the order dated 11.09.2019 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Danapur in G.R. No.4100 of 2018 arising out of Rajiv Nagar P. S. Case No.215 of 2018, whereby cognizance has been taken of the offences under Sections 498A, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C. is hereby quashed.
