The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bochahan (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 319 of 2020 registered under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in the instant case.

Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 319 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
