Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged that his son Rambali Singh was found missing and subsequently was found dead and he has raised suspicion against the FIR named accused that they have killed his son by strangulation.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion and except suspicion there is no any other material against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68771 of 2018(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 One of the similarly placed accused Shambhu Mushar has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 62474 of 2018 vide order dated 08.10.2018. Petitioner is accused in one excise case and except that case he is not accused in any other case. Petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- X, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018.
