The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 169 of 2015.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.8.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. 24862 of 2016 with observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 11th February, 2016. It is also contended that the charges have already been framed on 19th September, 2016 and other co-accused persons namely, Arun Mehta and Sunil Mehta having identical

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50023 of 2016 (2) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 allegations were granted bail by different orders passed by different Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 169 of 2015.
