The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 315, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that petitioners are father-inlaw and mother-in-law of the victim lady. The case is registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 315, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code leveling allegation that these petitioners with other accused persons assaulted the informant, on account of which she suffered abortion. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Petitioners are said to be in custody since 28.09.2016.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2264 of 2017 (2) dt.04-02-2017 2/2 the case, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubJudge-IX, Patna, in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioners.
