The petitioner seeks bail in Excise case no. 418 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Sections 30(a)(c) and 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 2 E, 3,5, 13 of the Bihar Mahua Flower Act, 2007 . It is alleged that total 50 kg of Mahua flower has been recovered from back seat of the vehicle. Petitioner is in custody since 7.7.2019 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48872 of 2019(2) dt.13-08-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Excise P. S. case no. 418 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
