The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, a loaded pistol with a live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession and he has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 5.7.2021 and investigation in the case has concluded.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63039 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for 9 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case no.216 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
