The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "I.

For of an order/orders, direction/directions, writ/writs in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11877 of 2023(2) dt.14-09-2023 2/3 nature of mandamus and commanding the respondents for vacating the encroachment from the Ramgarhwa (Sabji Bazar) bearing Khata no.-17 Plot No. 1202 Area-0.75 decimal of Land. The aforesaid land is under Gairmajarua of the concern locality.

II. For direction to the Government authority, Respondent 1st set for discharging their duties as proper and fair for the ends of justice."

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Ramgarhwa, District-East Champaran, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Ramgarhwa, District-East Champaran, by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after

Patna High Court CWJC No.11877 of 2023(2) dt.14-09-2023 3/3 hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
