JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-363, 366(A)/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The victim was recovered and her statement was recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which, she stated that she was taken by the petitioner and one Md. Nasrul, who happens to be her own brother-in-law and, furthermore, she stated that it was Md. Nasrul, who established physical relation with her and after her kidnapping the petitioner had never visited to the place, where she had been made captive.
