JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 11 of 2019, arising out of Raniganj P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 366A, 302, 201, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act, including Section 3(ii)(v)(a) of SC/ST Act.

Minor daughter of the informant was missing and later on her dead body was found buried in maize field and there is confessional statement of the petitioner. Earlier to that there was love affair between the parties.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confession there is nothing against him and he is in custody since 3.3.2019.
