The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 213 of 2015 arising out of Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 03 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 447 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Banka.

Admittedly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 09.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48347 of 2015 by this Court taking into consideration petitioner is the sole assailant of the deceased. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43354 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
