In this case, the petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 347 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. In the present case, the police received secret information that accused persons, namely, Rajesh Yadav and Vijay Yadav were unloading the English wine from a pick-up van in the shop for the purpose of sell whereupon the police reached there and arrested the accused persons and also recovered the wine. The petitioners are in judicial custody since 24.7.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39458 of 2016 (4) dt.09-11-2016 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Krishna Deo Kumar and Rakesh Kumar Kesari, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 347 of 2016.
