The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.39 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no allegation of petitioners having assaulted the informant, yet it has been stated that these petitioners have assaulted one Banarsi Sah, but the injuries purported to have been inflicted have been found to be simple in nature.
Considering the nature of allegations made against the

No.33154 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 petitioners and also that they have no criminal antecedents, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Sangrampur P.S.
