The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted a liberty to file representation before the respondent no.1 and the respondent no.1 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a composite representation before the respondent no.1 regarding his grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.1 is directed to dispose of

Patna High Court CWJC No.4813 of 2017 (2) dt.03-04-2018 2/2 the same within a period of four weeks thereafter, considering the fact that similarly situated persons have already been granted the benefit of AC. If the petitioner is found entitled to any consequential benefits, the same shall be paid within 4 weeks of passing of the final order.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
