2. The petitioner is aggrieved by non-payment of honorarium for last five years (since June, 2012). The petitioner claims that he is still continuing, but the respondents are not making payment of honorarium.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already represented respondent no.5 by way of Annexures- 5 and 7, but till date his representations have not been disposed of.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1321 of 2017 dt.01-12-2017 2/2 represented the competent authority, namely, District Programme Officer (Literacy), Katihar (respondent no.5) for redressal of his grievance (for payment of honorarium), but the respondents have not finally decided the representation of the petitioner one way or the other. The writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with a copy of this order before the District Programme Officer (Literacy), Katihar (respondent no.5) within a period of 15 days from today. If such representation is filed by the petitioner, respondent no.5 shall take a final decision on such representation preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of filing of such representation.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application stands disposed of.
