Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai (Kawaiya) P.S. Case No. 232 of 2016 registered under Sections- 399, 402, 307, 353,332,333 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B)26/35 and 27 of the Arms Act.. There is recovery of one pistol and two live cartridge from petitioner. Petitioner was caught on the spot. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on account of local politics.
