Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 384, 385, 386, 387, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant being a salesman at the petroleum dealership has alleged that petitioner and one Damodar Yadav came on 29.05.2015, took petrol and took out Rs. 2000/- from the pocket of the informant. Subsequently this petitioner gave life threatening for non-payment of extortion amount.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33881 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur. Accordingly the application is disposed off.
