2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of stabbing the victim.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the injury has been found to be simple in nature and the petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-Xth, Gopalganj in connection with Hathua P.S.
