The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Harnaut P.S. Case No. 269/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 419, 420, 406, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant Branch Manager of Punjab National Bank, Branch Harnaut, Nalanda alleged that he got some complaint about the non-depositing of loan amount in the account of Gabya Vikash Nigam.
It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner was Branch Manager of the aforesaid branch prior to the informant. During the course of investigation only
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34041 of 2015 (4) dt.30-11-2015 2/2 suspicion is raised that the petitioner might have conspired, but no material is collected.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 269/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
