The petitioners seek bail in connection with Trial NO. 72 of 2016 (NCB (NDPS) Case No. 4 of 2015, registered under Section 18 (C) of the NDPS, Act.

The accusation is that in course of search by the officials of Narcotics Control Bureau, Patna, 1.965 Kgs Opium were recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners having no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 24.09.2015. Further submission is that the alleged

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Trial No. 72 of 2016 (NCB (NDPS) Case No. 04 of 2015.
